The truth is a tad more practical (and safe), but every bit as exciting. Let’s dive into the boarding experience of the Ilfracombe Princess, and maybe give you a little teaser about what a tour onboard might entail!
Boarding the Ilfracombe Princess is a seamless experience, designed with the safety and convenience of our passengers in mind. As you approach, you'll find the boat moored to a stable platform, ensuring smooth transitions on and off. But, it's not just the infrastructure that puts passengers at ease. Our dedicated and attentive team is always on hand, ready to assist and guide you every step of the way. From offering a supportive hand to ensuring your personal belongings are safely stowed, we've got you covered. So, whether you're a seasoned sailor or it's your maiden voyage, you can step aboard with confidence, ready to embark on your adventure.
Please note that, unfortunately due to steps on every landing, we are not able to take wheelchairs on board due to access and safety reasons. The steps do have hand rails and depending on the tide, will depend on the number of steps.

Of course, for your utmost convenience during the cruise, we've also equipped the boat with clean and well-maintained toilet facilities. Every detail is thought of, ensuring your journey is both enjoyable and comfortable.
